What kind of things do you do together as a family?

My kids are in sports and music. Always there to support each other at games, etc. For our hectic schedule, just trying to sit us all down for a dinner together is difficult, but if we eat together, help each other with homework, do family chores together, I am grateful for that time!

Do you have a family business?

No, I have my own business to support my family and teach them about health and wellness while growing mine!

You may be familiar with organic food labels. Most of the ones found here in the U.S. display the USDA Organic seal or sticker, others show other organic certifiers such as QAI (Quality Assurance International) or CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) and many more. We moved my parent here on our property five years ago and caring for them has kept me pretty much homebound. Add to that the fact that my husbands retirement dwindled to almost nothing after 9/11 and that means very little extra money.

We were able to get away for short trips before Mom passed away over a year ago but since then, not at all since I'm the only one to care for Dad.
