- My mom, my daughter and I get together every weekend and watch movies or play cards or board games. Daughter's all grown up now so it's very nice to still live near enough to each other than we can spend time together. She's a busy young lady!

Yes, apparently, perseverence is a virtue in this business.
I've had my web site live since November 2006 and this Christmas was the first time I saw any amount of sales.
There's so much to learn in order to get a web site noticed on Google or any of the other search engines and pay-per-click can be very costly and still not produce very many sales.
Craft fairs can be pretty lucrative but you have to find the locations that work well for your industry. It sounds like the ones you hit were not very receptive to you product. Seems crazy to me since your stuff is so pretty and unique.
I had thought about putting up a jewelry site but couldn't quite find the right product.
I like your jewelry concept and the photos on your page are great. I should put some of my product images up on my home page too. I sell safety and security products. They're not as lovely as yours but they save lives.
I do have a stun ring that is fairly attractive. It's styled for both men and women in silver or gold finish. I might put that up.
I'm actually thinking of selling my safety and security web site. It's been more time consuming to market than I had originally thought and I have to take care of my Dad now that my Mom has passed.

Amish country is a great get-away. Lots to do, see and shop for!
We go up every September the Saturday before Labor Day to a big craft fair in Roots. We go with our neighbors and make a day of it. We have lunch at the fair, visit all the booths and then ride around Amish country stopping at places that look interesting. I usually start my Christmas shopping that day with some little things for the girls on my list.
In fact, your line of jewelry would probably do very well at the fair. Do you do craft fairs at all?

It's OK with me if you're a little cracked too. I'm told we all need a few cracks to let the Light in.
I don't live too far from Amish country...about an hour away. We usually visit a couple of times a year. It's very pretty country and the people there are remarkable.
